The Gene Companion App provides access to a real-time, precision-based medication management system. It enables you to manage, track, and check new medications using your smartphone. In addition, you can send these reports directly to your medical providers or share them with an in-store pharmacist, assisting them in making the safest possible choice.
Gene Companion is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, disease, or adverse drug reaction and should not be used to self-diagnose. Testing is ordered by a Gene Companion physician and sent to an accredited, licensed 3rd party lab that is CLIA and CAP-certified. Gene Companion is a non-diagnostic company, and patient information is covered under the HIPAA Privacy Rule and GINA Act. In addition, federal and state laws, guidelines, and regulations apply.
